Get on your path to success with SOTM Adult Life Skills Training offered to men and womenThe concept is based on developing balanced, self-determined behaviors and the problem solving skills necessary to successfully manage all aspects of life: self, family, community, career and leisure.  Life Skills is based on experiential learning. Trainees "learn by doing" throughout the group cycle, they present their own life lessons and receive group encouragement.

What are Life Skills?

Life Skills are the problem-solving skills individuals use to manage their lives successfully in eight areas: mental, family, financial, spiritual, personal, career, physical and community. Examples of Life Skills topics are: creative problem-solving, communication, goal setting, self-esteem, conflict resolution, managing change, anger management, handling stress…to name a few.

Weekly 
ADULT Life Skills Mentoring Group

Mentoring Group Objectives:

Life Skills Mentoring Group helps individuals to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle.  Life Skills mentoring is based on experiential learning. Trainees learn by doing throughout the group cycle, they present their own life lessons and receive group encouragement. Coaches create a climate where participants feel safe to take risks by trying on new behaviors and techniques to enhance their Life Skills.
